On December 2nd, 2023, Balenciaga presented its Fall 2024 Collection in Los Angeles, CA – the first time the house has held a show in the city. The selection of pieces from the 50th, 51st, and 52nd Couture Collections including garments, shoes, bags, eyewear, accessories and jewelry is presented for the first time in the United States. Structured garments in fine fabrics and finishes can be altered to fit the wearer following the Balenciaga Couture guidelines, with the help of expert tailors. Innovations in material design, such as the Crinkled Aluminum T-Shirt, the Couture Face Shield, galvanized gold-plated sunglasses, the Speaker Bag, and the shape-holding Coup de Vent Scarf are available for immediate purchase. Alongside these pieces from the Couture collections are items from the Balenciaga Objects line, including an extra-large candle scented with a blend of aromatic recordings from 10 avenue George V and Balenciaga’s storied archive.
