Ella Bee Media Group Positions Paralympians at the Forefront of LA28 Planning

At Ella Bee Media Group (EBMG), we believe that inclusion isn’t just a checklist—it’s a priority. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to ensure that Paralympians are part of the conversation early when it comes to major events like the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As Los Angeles gears up to host the world in 2028, EBMG is actively positioning its Paralympic clients to be included in city-led initiatives, pre-planning activities, and milestone announcements—starting now.

Paralympic Medalist, Isaac Jean Paul (Para Track & Field) and Paralympian Ashley Dyce (Para Powerlifting) with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass celebrating the 35th Anniversary of ADA

We’re proud to share that two of our local incredible clients, Paralympic medalist Isaac Jean-Paul and Team USA Para Powerlifting athlete Ashley Dyce, recently attended the 35th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) event hosted by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and the City’s Office of Major Events. The event highlighted the city’s commitment to accessibility and equity ahead of LA28 and was a powerful moment of reflection and vision for the future. Our athletes were honored to be part of it and connect with civic leaders like Natalie Sparrow, Accessibility Chief and ADAC PROW at the Office of Major Events.

The very next day, Ashley Dyce continued the momentum as a keynote speaker at another ADA 35th anniversary celebration in Riverside, California. The event was organized by the Active Blind Inland Valleys California Council of the Blind, in collaboration with the Linguistics Communication Development Center, Helping Hands for the Blind, and the Civil Rights Diversity Center. Ashley’s powerful words inspired many and served as a reminder of how representation in sports can uplift communities and break barriers.

In another highlight this summer, three of our EBMG Paralympic clients—Isaac Jean-Paul, Christie Raleigh-Crossley, and Ashley Dyce—were proudly on hand at the Play LA celebration at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, which marked exactly three years until the LA28 Games. Hosted by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation & Parks in partnership with LA28, this community event brought together youth, families, and athletes to honor the countdown and celebrate Olympic and Paralympic dreams in the making.

PlayLA is one way that 2028 Games are supporting Mayor Bass’ vision of ensuring that Angelenos across the City benefit from the Games. Through the PlayLA Youth & Adaptive Youth Sports Program, the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks offers city-wide access to quality sports programming for youth of all abilities.

At EBMG, we don’t just represent athletes—we amplify their impact. As we march toward LA28, we’re committed to securing visibility, engagement, and legacy-building opportunities for Paralympians. These events are just the beginning.
